Shipping and Order Logistics

Please allow up to 24-72 hours to process your order. If anything changes, we will put something in the announcement bar at the very top of the TYPR TOOLS web page OR contact you directly if there is a problem with your order which needs your attention to resolve.

For our current schedule: We aim for same day or next day processing and drop off times. Although we may process orders on Sundays, we cannot ship out on Sundays because USPS is closed. Any order placed on a Sunday will more than likely be shipped out the following Monday before the post office closes.

Please note that once the item has been given to the shipping carrier (USPS, Fedex, etc), you will not hold us responsible for damaged items caused by the carrier. We will put in the work to find out what happened and ultimately come to a resolution that works for you. We are also not responsible for late shipments due to factors out of our control.

Currently we do not offer international shipping. We are in the process of looking into international shipping options.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order details. The e-mail will contain shipping information for the shipping courior you chose during checkout. Please make sure your e-mail address and mailing address is correct before submitting your order. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, feel free to contact us.

Absolutely! If you need to cancel your order, please contact us IMMEDIATELY. Please provide your order number in the contact form. Due to our fast processing time, your order may get shipped out the same day.

Sure can! Just contact us with your order number and we will adjust to your needs. Please note that shipping rates may change depending on the weight of the order after it has been edited.

Unfortunately all in-stock item sales are final; please shop with confidence. If you bought in on a group buy or pre-order and decide to cancel your order, please contact us. If you need to cancel an order in general, contact us immediately.

No. Please separate all in-stock orders from group buys or pre-order items. Group buy and pre-order items can potentially take several months to arrive. If we notice that you order an in-stock item with a group buy or pre-order item, we will come in contact with you. Unless you are willing to wait several months for an in-stock item to reach you, please do not do this. If you do this by accident, feel free to contact us (unless we have already contacted you).  

Please refer to the product titles and descriptions. All group buy items will be tagged with [Group Buy] and all Pre-Order items will be tagged with [Pre-Order]. The product description will have more information regarding dates and terms. Again, do not add in-stock items to group buys or pre-order items unless you are willing to wait several months to get all of your items. Nonetheless, if this happens, we will contact you to clarify your intentions.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping delay from mail carriers may occur. We will still process and have in-stock orders to the carrier in 24-72 hours.

USD (US Dollar). We accept most current payment methods (PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Credit Card, etc). We also accept Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and Bitcoin Cash through Coinbase commerce.

General Questions

We are located in the Central Valley of Northern California, USA.

Group buys are where a group of people collectively order a product with the hope that it will reach MOQ. In most cases, this is the only way that custom products are manufactured. Group buys are usually held between two dates, known as the start and end date. If a particular group buy does not reach the required MOQ on or before the end date, then all of the orders will be cancelled and each customer will be refunded. If the group buy meets or exceeds the MOQ, then the order will be submitted to the manufacturer. Customers will receive their order once the products have been manufactured. The MOQs and group buy lead times vary between each group buy, but this information is usually listed on the group buy page.

Please refer to the individual product page for more information on the group buy.

Pre-order items have already been purchased by us and are usually in the manufacturing or shipping phase. These are different than group buys because we are not relying on finance from individuals to get the product made.
